I realized that I wasn’t really committing to keto and I wasn’t getting enough fat in. I decided to increase my fat and have incorporated bulletproof coffee and more fats into my diet. Since this change, I’ve definitely noticed a huge change and I’m so excited to see more results now. In today’s video I share what I eat all day and you get to see how I make my bulletproof coffee.
