Thanks for your question Vanniechan! Since I'm not a medical or nutritional expert I don't often comment on supplements, but I will tell you that I do not personally take any supplements beyond a multi-vitamin. This works well for me and my personal goals.

Sadly, the weight loss supplements that have worked in the past often have some very negative side effects that go along with them. I did take a weight loss supplement many years ago while I was struggling to lose weight and I can tell you from my own personal experience it didn't help me lose weight at all. My personal belief is that you should invest your money in healthy foods and great workouts that motivate you to live a healthy lifestyle both now and in the future.

If you are considering trying or taking a supplement I encourage you to talk to your doctor first. Write down some important questions about it beforehand and then ask for their professional opinion and advice on whether or not it's a good idea for you.
