Is Alex Jones selling penis enlargement pills?

I was watching a video in which Adam Kokesh was interviewing Mark Dice about the fallout between Dice and Alex Jones. Mark Dice mentioned how Alex Jones's Infowars website had a penis enlargement pill ad and I went to find it and it appears this is it, given what Dice was saying.
